Come sip full-flavored reds with us on your way home from work this Wednesday and meet our old friend from Spain. We visited Juanjo in Terra Alta back in 2007 and have been trying to get him to the shop ever since. As luck would have it, he's on the West Coast this week and was able to work in a quick stop-over in Portland, so he'll be hanging out at cork for a few hours, pouring his popular Ludovicus, his Portal Red and a few new releases he's bringing along to show before they arrive next month. Drop in for a free flight and visit with us tomorrow!

We've been stockpiling current releases of Barbera from some top producers in the Barolo zone of Italy's Piemonte and with the shelves overflowing, it's time to pour some for you. Stop in this Friday between 4pm and 7pm and check out 3 examples that show off the best qualities of the grape when it's aged in wood barrels and takes on some more weight and seriousness. You can expect to taste wines from DOMENICO CLERICO, CA'VIOLA and CORSINI at this week's Friday Night Flight. $10 Main Flight fee*. Drop in tasting, no reservations needed.
