Katherine will be in the shop from 2pm-4pm on this Saturday to sign and sell her latest release, the perfect holiday gift for the wine guy or gal on your list. We'll have a few festive bottles of wine open for you to sip on while you're browsing the shop and hearing more about Katherine's new book.
The Bruery 12 Days of Christmas Beer Flight
Sunday, Dec. 22nd • 2pm - 4pm • $15 for flight of 6
Every year, the Bruery down in San Diego releases a holiday seasonal ale that celebrates the song The 12 Days of Christmas. They started with A Partridge in a Pear Tree and they're up to Six Geese A Laying this year. The whole idea was to create beers that would cellar age and develop over time so when the series was complete, you'd have the opportunity to try all 12 and compare them. Well - we're half way there and that seems reason enough to celebrate! We've been stashing a few bottles of each release away and will host a Vertical Tasting of All 6 Holiday Ales, plus you'll be able to buy the current release and bottles of a few of the prior releases, until we sell out. We'll open the bottles at 2pm on this Sunday and pour until they are empty. Come early for the best chance to taste the full flight. $15 tasting fee.
