About Friday tastings:

Our Friday tastings run from 4pm to 7pm and we pour until the bottles are empty. It's always a good idea to show up by 6:30pm because we do run out on busier nights.

Friday Night Flight: INDIGENOUS ITALY

Get to know some of the 1200+ indigenous varietals growing in Italy at this week's flight of 5 reds. We're planning on introducing you to Marzemino, Pelaverga, Nero di Troi,a Schioppetino and Piedirosso. If you enjoy adventure, this will send your palate on a journey across centuries. Please join us.

Meet your New Year's Resolution to learn more about wine by jumping head first into our Wine 101 class. It's our educational introduction to the sensory side of wine tasting and understanding wine basics. The class begins with a tea tasting to illustrate the difference between tannin, sugar and acid. Then we'll have a sensory exercise to expand your palate and help your tastebuds identify certain aromas and flavors. We'll finish off with a flight of wines that illustrate different styles of winemaking common throughout the world to help you identify these basic wine types. VOODOO VINTNERS – BIODYNAMICS DEMYSTIFIED with Katherine Cole
